Why this role matters

As the National Administrator you will support the National Moneycare Manager and leadership team to oversee the day
- to-day administrative operations of the national Moneycare program, ensuring all administration processes are performed seamlessly, are comprehensive and in line with the requirements of the Salvation Army policies and procedures.

This is a part-time role, 30.4 hours per week based in Newcastle.

The role you could play
- Oversee the admin operations of Moneycare program for the nation as directed by the National and State Managers
- Support the national Moneycare team with recruitment, operation of Workday, progressing applicants, booking interviews, supply of contracts and on-boarding new team members as well as off boarding
- Support the National Manager with Business operations overseeing implementation of WH&S, Risk Assessment, Asset Registers, Business Continuity Plans
- Support the national Moneycare team with operation of Kronos and trouble shoot queries
- Financial accountabilities including credit card reconciliation and management of national invoices
- Support the National Manager with organisation of national conferences, co-ordination of national meetings and taking minutes and actions from these meetings

What you will bring
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in administration responsibilities
- Well-developed interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain confidentiality of service users and professionally handle sensitive data and information
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and software, including MS Office suite
- A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement
- Drivers Licence
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
