**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Engage and maintain strong mutually-beneficial professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of portfolio outputs.
- Proactively monitor, control and drive performance (including realisation of benefits) against plans, deliverables and schedules.
- Oversee the coordination and preparation of portfolio reporting documentation, including status reports, executive and Board reports, and other ad-hoc reporting.
- Undertake assurance processes through internal health checks and gated reviews, and the coordination of the engagement of external review teams.
- Manage risks and issues identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, managed, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
- Actively participate in building positive and productive relationships, setting clear objectives and providing professional leadership, guidance, knowledge transfer, capability uplift and support.
- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

**Qualifications registrations and other requirement's**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Ability to work across South East Queensland sites.
