Your main tasks will be directing a small team to effectively maintain a livestock department whilst offering your retail experience to continue improving sales growth. You will be expected to work alongside your team with sales and manual tasks associated with the care and maintenance of a livestock department.

You must have exceptional avian and reptilian knowledge and must be able to show this through previous experience in a retail and/or hobbyist environment. You must be able to prove a strong history in sales and complete understanding of the retail industry and store obligations.

This role is based on a 7 day rotating roster as you will be part of the sales team. You will be expected to work on weekends and public holidays.

Thorough knowledge of Wildlife licencing and commercial responsibilities are a must. You will be reported directly to the store manager and working closely with them in department progress.

Our store is the pinnacle of a livestock establishment and is contributed by the strengths of each and every team member, so you must convey a strong understanding of this department to be considered.
