You'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to build trust, offer guidance, and ensure care is culturally appropriate and inclusive. Whether you're helping someone understand their treatment options, supporting them through hospital procedures, or liaising with government and community services, your role is about creating a safe space and being a strong advocate. Your presence will help bridge cultural understanding, empower patients, and bring community perspectives into healthcare decisions.
