Welcome to** Eden Academy Murray Bridge, our BRAND NEW centre has just opened**We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7am-6pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 118 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About You**
As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

- **Lead**with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
- **Foster** a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
- **Showcase** strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- **Inspire** your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
- **Build** strong connections with families and the community.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Hold a **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Possess Australian Working Right
- Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
- Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
- Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
