**Here is what a day might look like**:

- Assisting with the activities of daily living namely feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, and mobility in a safe and competent manner of care and skill
- Providing one on one support to elderly or clients with disabilities such as physical, intellectual, neurological, acquired brain injury, or psychosocial in the comfort of their own home
- Building genuine rapport with clients, providing companionship, and transportation for medical's appointment or outings
- Collaborating with the client, care coordinator, care manager and other relevant parties to help achieve the client's goal
- Engaging and interacting with clients from all diverse cultures and background

**We are looking for**:

- Experienced support workers in the field of mental health, challenging behaviours, or complex care such as PEG/NGT feeding, bowel care, catheter care, and medication administrations (highly desirable)
- Passionate support workers that wants to empower clients to achieve their goals through a people-centred approached
- Sociable support workers that love interacting in meaningful conversation that helps keep the client's mind healthy and alert
- CAN-DO attitude that is also compassionate, caring and reliable

**Requirements**:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or Equivalent
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- WWCC(if willing to work with children)
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate
- Working rights

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $38.08 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
