Sunkids Children's Centres has created a new position to support our Brisbane Centres. This role is a Float Centre Manager.

This role will be predominantly to support our current Centre Managers and cover all leave between our Brisbane centres. The successful applicant will gain a wide range of experience by working in multiple centres covering annual and maternity leave. This person will have the opportunity to learn about Sunkids as a whole and will be well placed for future growth within the organisation.

We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience managing large centres.

If you have the desire to:

- Become part of a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum
- Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas
- Have Fantastic Communication Skills
- Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
- Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
- Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system
- Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids
