**About the opportunity**

We’re looking for a **Cyber Security Testing and Intelligence Lead** to drive our proactive defence capabilities and help safeguard critical infrastructure.

Reporting to Head of Cyber Security, you will lead a dedicated team of security engineers, overseeing security testing and threat intelligence activities. Your leadership will play a vital role in identifying, analysing, and mitigating cyber risks, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of security logs and intelligence to our Security Operations Centre (SOC).

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent industry relevant experience.
- Hands-on penetration testing experience, with a track record of finding weaknesses and identifying effective remediation techniques.
- Ability to analyse security incidents and provide timely and effective response with deep technical understanding of cyber security incidents, SIEM technology and security controls.
- Demonstrated ability in the production of documentation using accepted standards and notations. OSCP, CREST or SANS GPEN highly desirable.
- Understanding of the principles underlying the operation of an ISMS and good knowledge of ISO27000 practices and controls and exposure to at least one of the following languages: Bash scripting, Powershell, Python, KQL.
