**Retail Store Manager**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join a successful family owned tyre store in a central location.

This is a full time position with a competitive remuneration of $70k to 80k per annum plus super for the right person.

**About the role**

Reporting to the business owner of EMV Enterprises Pty Ltd you will manage the workshop and have the capacity to work with customers on the front counter ofa retail store. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to provide a supportive safety culture, operational excellence, people management and fostering collaboration across customers, sales and operationsstaff. Along with direction and co-ordination of service and promotion activities in the local area.

You will be responsible for:

- People leadership including, recruitment, performance management and coaching staff
- Management and allocation of workshop activities and tasks to the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service that is targeted and fit for purpose in order to build and maintain relationships
- Achieving store sales targets and goals
- Being a safety champion and maintain a safe working environment
- Encourage and develop positive and enthusiastic work culture/environment
- Manage in-store customer enquiries and bookings
- Stock control and management of store security & assets
- Store administration including daily banking, purchasing and invoicing
- Organise, overseeing and follow up on equipment maintenance

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide excellence in customer service & sales and have a passion for the automotive industry. Also,
- Experience in a similar store management role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Current valid manual drivers licence
- Excellent time management skills to meet the demands of this fast-paced workshop
- Mechanically minded and enjoys hands on physical work

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
