**About the Role**

As the **Front of House Supervisor**, you will be one of the key leaders in the venue, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a motivated and efficient team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Assist with training and development of team members.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support the Functions and Front of House Manager with rosters, stock control, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a front-of-house team** in a hospitality setting.
- **Current Approved Manager Red Card.**:

- A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on teamwork.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
