Canteen Manager

Located in Matraville and operating from our commercial kitchen, Botany Bites Catering is a leading provider of School Lunch Delivery service throughout the Eastern Suburbs. We also provide Corporate Catering to a range of local businesses. We are looking for an experienced Manager. We want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of kitchen operations.

**As Canteen Manager, your role will involve;**
- Assist with food production and ensure production schedules are met
- Employ quality control methods to ensure the highest standard of food
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

Essential to this position is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

**Job Benefits & Perks**:

- Family-friendly working hours. Monday to Friday. Kitchen closes at 2pm. No nights or weekends. Hours approximately 6am-2.30pm.
