**_About the role_**

We are looking for an enthusiastic administration to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. This position is based in the Department of Palliative Care, Calvary Mater Newcastle. The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) is responsible for assisting the Nursing Unit Manager by undertaking administration tasks relevant to maintaining a high quality clinical service.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support with workforce matters such as rostering, leave coverage and payroll
- Participation in Departmental leadership and quality programs
- High focus on delivering quality administrative support for the Nurse Unit Manager
- Ability to function well in a multidisciplinary team environment
