Ecowize Australia is looking for their next Site Supervisor who will take accountability to succeed at a site based in Cooma NSW. Applicants must live in Australia and have the right to work.

We are looking for a Manager that understands the importance and can continually manage compliance across safety, cleaning & hygiene.

The role always requires you to deliver strong levels of customer service.

Teamwork is critical and you will be leading by example as you manage the site to deliver on our expected standard of service, whilst maintaining cost and continued professionalism.

For this position, a **Q Fever Certificate is required or be willing to obtain a Q Fever Certificate.**

What you will be responsible for:

- Continual training and development of operators.
- Ensure proper and sufficient tools, PPE and Consumables are available and used as needed to meet safety requirements.
- Deliver an acceptable clean, adhering to customer contractual requirements
- Compliance of policies and company Quality, Food Safety and Occupational Safety management systems.
- Identifying issues and putting in place corrective and preventative solutions.
- Effective communication with all internal and External contacts.
- Build trust with the team, customers and other stakeholders.
- Report, action and provide support for any hazards, breakages, injury, illness and other items that require attention.
- Manage performance and administer Disciplinary action where and when required.
- Manage the daily cleaning of the plant efficiently and effectively in accordance with set budgets.
- Successful daily visual inspection of cleaning standards, achieving the set visual and micro results.
- Compliance with company and HR policies & procedures.
- Be able to manage time effectively to meet the needs on site.
- Timely completion of all required documentation for the support office, which includes new hire induction and all payroll and timesheet related activity.
- Work by the company values & behaviors and seek that from your team.
- Ensure any customer issues are addressed.
- Provide continual feedback for recognition and improvement.
- Be approachable and ensure the overall successful performance of the team.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
