The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth.
Within this role you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the service and have opportunities to guide and mentor Educators, form partnerships with families and engage within the wider community.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
- Ensure the service complies with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and all relevant regulations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service.
- Lead, support, and supervise educators and staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care
- Facilitate the implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Maintain open and professional communication with families, staff, and regulatory authorities
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance processes within the service
**Essential Criteria**:
- Hold an approved **Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma Qualification**:
- Hold or be eligible for **NESA Teacher Accreditation (ECT)**:
- Current **WWCC**, **First Aid**, and **Child Protection** training
- Deep commitment to child safety
- Positive, flexible and collaborative approach

Pay: $76,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
