We are seeking a full-time Content Creator to capture the essence of Antica Dining and bring our fine dining story to life across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, curate and publish engaging photo, video and written content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Antica’s website.
- Develop and maintain a strong digital presence and following to showcase Antica Dining’s fine dining experience, seasonal menus, curated wine list and private dining services.
- Plan and coordinate content campaigns to support premium events, menu launches, wine pairings and other initiatives that reflect Antica’s reputation for excellence.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimise reach, engagement and return on investment.
- Conduct research into hospitality and fine dining trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
- Stay current with social trends, audio, formats and platform features relevant to hospitality and fine dining.
- Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, bar staff and the events team to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content that highlights Antica’s craft and service.
- Coordinate cross-promotions with creators and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure content is optimised for search visibility and supports Antica Dining’s broader advertising and marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages in Antica’s professional tone of voice.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a content creator, social media manager, or digital marketing professional (hospitality, lifestyle or fine dining experience highly regarded).
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating skills in photography, videography, short-form video editing and copywriting.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver digital campaigns that build brand awareness, increase reservations and enhance customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and digital analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both online audiences and internal teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong appreciation of premium hospitality and fine dining culture.
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and digital advertising strategies desirable.
