Residential Cleaner

**Hours**
- Recurring weekly shifts **(20 hours weekly guaranteed)**:

- Typical Shift: Weekday 10am-3pm
- Additional Work Available

**Pay**
- Award rates apply**:$29.73 per hour (weekdays) + superannuation**

**Start Location**
All shifts begin at our storeroom in **Haymarket, a 5-minute walk from Central Station**.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable and organised team member to help manage the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of our short-term rental properties. You’ll play an important role in ensuring guests arrive to a spotless, well-stocked, and well-maintained home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and reset short-term rental apartments to a high standard
- Restock and resupply consumables (toiletries, kitchen basics, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally handle laundry at a local laundromat
- Maintain and organise storeroom supplies

**Requirements**:

- Current Australian driver’s licence (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow set routines
- Physically capable of cleaning and carrying supplies
- Experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred, but not required
