**We're Seeking**: An energetic and friendly All-Rounder who can handle a variety of tasks with a smile. If you can make a good coffee, serve up tasty dishes, and create a positive experience for our customers, all while contributing to a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you

**All-Rounder Responsibilities and Duties**:
As a key member of our Good Social Café team, you’ll be involved in:

- Preparing and serving quality coffee
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome.
- Assisting in daily café operations, including cash handling and maintaining a clean environment.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Engaging with customers about our social enterprise mission.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience working in a café or similar environment.
- Ability to make quality coffee and handle basic food preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the café.
- Passion for community engagement and social impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
