e are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care organisation is seeking new team members to join their Aged Care team in Caulfield South.

No experience is required.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents.

We are recruiting part-time Aged Care Workers, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed) but can work up to 35 hours a week.

You will be offered a set 24-month contract, for the traineeship, shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

- Have regular availability, Monday to Sunday, AM and PM shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to obtain a clear National Police Check
- Willing to undertake a training program (both learning on the job and in a classroom)

**Shifts**

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:
AM - 6:00am to 2:30pm

PM - 2:30pm to 10:00pm

**Services**
- Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Bed making, room tidying up
- Feeding
- The setting of tables and meals for residents
- Social / Activities
- Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
