**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting customers with selecting and fitting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses
- Providing personalised and professional customer service
- Supporting the daily operations of the store, including stock management and maintaining accurate customer records
- Performing basic eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
- Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with new optical products and services

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience (optical experience is a bonus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent service
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
- Commitment to career growth and development (preferably not currently studying)
