Evolve Physio Group is looking for an experienced receptionist to work in our modern and innovative multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic is close to public transport, and surrounded by some of Melbourne’s premier parklands, in the beautiful tree-lined St Kilda Rd precinct.

Evolve Physio clients are active and motivated people who are a pleasure to work with.

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated receptionist with a great sense of customer service to join our team. Computer and literacy skills essential, and preferably have previously worked with Allied health or medical software. This is a casual position with an expectation 5-15 hours per week.

The role will include;
- Front Desk duties - greeting patients on arrival, answering phone calls, managing the therapist’s diary, scanning, taking payments
- Marketing duties both on & offline
- Minor bookkeeping and managing of accounts
- Managing patient communications via all forms of media

If you possess:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation
- Motivation to be a team player and a wish to join a close-knit team
- Willingness to learn, and a proactive nature that allows you to work unsupervised
