**Home Support Worker (From $40 plus/hr) in **Ashbury, Ashfield, Earlwood, and surrounding areas.

Regal Care is a purpose-driven Home Care Agency registered NDIS provider in New South Wales.

We support NDIS participants, Aged Care recipients, and private clients.

This position will be suitable for someone seeking morning hours who can be committed to providing support as the main carer.

**Position Overview**:
**Home Support Workers help our clients with**:

- Personal care such as showering, grooming, or dressing.
- Social support with companionship or attending to the community for appointments or recreational activities.
- Capacity-building activities to assist with learning new skills or increasing independence.
- Domestic assistance such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, or light household cleaning and assistance.

**Requirements**:
**Home Support Workers are required to have**:

- National Police Check (Less than a year old).
- Driver’s License.
- Comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline (Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, Personal Assistance).
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is advantageous.

**Remuneration**:
Regal Care pays SCHADS award wages with the addition of generous bonuses pro rate to the jobs attended.

Additionally, we provide paid induction and other training opportunities and offer permanent part-time positions to all employees when they complete an employment threshold with us.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks referred to in the position overview.
- Ability to meet compliance and qualification criteria referred to in requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work at least three days a week.
- Registered, road-worthy, and insured vehicle.
