Security Supervisor

**Iconic Security require an experienced full-time Security Supervisor in Perth.**

**This is a community and tenant liaison role. Working closely with our prestigious client and Security team, daily assistance and support will be provided to building management teams, stakeholders, and tenants.**

**What are the duties?**
- Liaising with clients, stake holders and patrons
- Maintain client's expectations.
- Maintaining order and safety of all asset users
- Motivate and provide guidance to Security Officers on site
- Lock and unlock the asset(s)
- Provide incident reports for all notable occurrences
- Responding to emergency situations
- Provide ongoing training and leadership to Security Officers on site
- Identify hazards and issues.

- Previous and similar type of security experience (2+ years desirable).
- You must have supervision experience
- You must be physically fit and enjoy being on your feet
- You must have Australian working rights
- Current WA Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Retail experience desired but not essential.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WA security licence (required)
