As a Barista at iPadel Restaurant, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of coffee drinks and beverages to perfection while providing outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inviting experience for our guests. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages according to our standards
- Process payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues or special requests with professionalism
- Support the team with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and restocking

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn about various brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings
