Cleaning Training Officer

Ensure all existing staff undertake ongoing refresher training
- Ensure all staff have completed and are up to date with all training forms/paperwork (policies, procedures, training schedules etc)
- Ensure staff are wearing correct uniform
- Handle both customer and staff issues and report to Training Supervisor for further action
- Communicate with Management on a daily basis
- Provide signed off training and other required forms
- Provide ongoing communication outlining any issues arising with staff performance during training sessions
- Attend monthly meetings with management to go over any issues/complaints/compliments etc
- Provide recommendations for new equipment or procedures to improve cleaning standards
- Ensure all staff are adequately stocked with equipment and products on a daily basis when performing training
- Handle any equipment issues faulty/lost and report to Operations Manager for further action

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Must be available all weekdays from 10am-3pm
- Must have a reliable vehicle

**Experience**:

- Cleaning or Training Teams: 1 year (required)
