**What is the Position?**

**This is where the instructional designer's role comes into play**

Instructional designers are paramount in the process of learning, and we are seeking an innovative and experienced **Instructional Designer** to provide support to the internal training officers with designing facilitator guides, learner resources, and active and flexible pedagogies to enhance facilitation & quality in courses and coursework programs within Carers Queensland.

**Do you have?**
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
- Experience in project management
- Experience in conducting quality assurance checks for eLearning and training materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation skills for change.
- Strong ability to translate complex content into engaging and accessible learning materials.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in community services sector a plus
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is highly regarded, however not essential

- Attractive Remuneration Package of salary range**:CSW5.1 - $97,709.45 - $99,822.72 per annum** plus superannuation 11.5 %.
