TIMG Sydney is seeking Client Service Operators (Printing and Scanning Assistants) to join our dynamic team. You’ll be based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, working alongside a supportive and inclusive Bureau team that plays a critical role in delivering fast, accurate services to our legal industry clients.

**About the Role**
As a Client Service Operator, you’ll work in the heart of Sydney’s CBD as part of our supportive and inclusive Bureau team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fast, accurate print and scanning services to our legal industry client.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Mailroom duties
- Understanding and following client instructions carefully
- Completing photocopying, printing, and scanning tasks
- Managing multiple deadlines and juggling priorities
- Ensuring all jobs are delivered accurately and on time

- Ability to carry boxes weighing up to 14 kg

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (legal industry knowledge is a plus, but not essential)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude, willing to go the extra mile
