Strata Assistant

SSKB currently has an exciting full-time opportunity available within the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) Strata team.

As a **Strata Assistant / Strata Manager,** this position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time.

Developing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with the Committee, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and common areas are well maintained for the benefit of all residents.

If you're familiar with the strata industry this position is referred to as an ACM/CM, meaning you look after the full life cycle of client portfolios.

You will manage a portfolio of schemes and will be responsible for:

- Composing documentation such as correspondence, agenda, and minutes of meetings
- Ensuring meeting timelines are met
- Diary management
- Meeting attendance and minute taking
- Developing relationships with clients and working closely with your committees
- Answering queries and providing advice
- Correspondence and dispute resolution

**About You**

To be successful in this position you will have excellent customer service skills and ideally experience within the property/strata industry. You will also have:

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
- The ability to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes
- High attention to detail - every detail counts
