**The role**

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering quality customer service, where you have the opportunity to work in a luxury hotel pool and spa environment at Crown Promenade's The Deck.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Actively supervise and monitor the pool ensuring safe and correct usage of the facilities.
- Maintain pool and gym facilities ensuring that it is kept clean and well stocked at all times, including restocking linen, towels and amenities.
- Deliver a high level of quality customer service and assist with basic Food & Beverage services.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous experience in a customer service and lifeguarding position.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high pressure team environment.
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you MUST have:

- Victorian Lifeguard Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol
