**About your new role**

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Ingredients Warehouse for an Inventory Controller. This role will see you play a key part within the wider inventory team and be working closely with national and state teams to ensure sourcing, capacity and storage strategies are executed perfectly. **What you will be doing**
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of ingredient stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies (SOX compliance).
- Ensure inventory aligns with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
- Communicate with suppliers about lead times, delays, or quality concerns.
- Monitor shelf life and expiry dates of ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for ingredients, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate data in inventory management systems (SAP ECC).
- Provide input on improvements to inventory tracking and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation. Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.

**Let’s talk about you**
- Forklift license.
- At least 3 years previous experience in FMCG or similar industry controlling inventory or purchasing.
- Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Business Systems Aptitude - WMS, Planning (APO), SAP ECC.
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Business administration and personal Organisation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other team members and third-party suppliers.
