**Kelmscott** store is looking for a
**Store Manager**; someone who is ready to join a great, collaborative team and provide impressive customer service.
**The Role**
You will ultimately supervise the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and able to meet KPI’s / sales targets.
Along with this, the role includes:
- Create and maintain strong customer / client / supplier relationships
- Provide support to the automotive technicians and apprentices as required
- Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to Head Office
- Use your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a hardworking mindset, with a genuine passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry.
You will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an automotive service center
- Provide a genuine service, lead by example to create lasting impressions
- Be trade qualified in automotive mechanics (desirable)
- Valid, full Australian Manual Driver’s License
