Fronditha Care is a longstanding Aged Care Provider that focuses on providing unique, culturally and linguistically diverse services, offering residential and Community Services to elderly people of predominantly Greek speaking background in Victoria and multilingual background in New South Wales.

The position of the** SSG Personal Care Worker** is responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Assist in the provision of activities for participants, which meet their needs and are culturally significant
- Participate in planning and implement daily routines
- Monitor group participation, note changes and update progress notes

**Requirements**:
To **succeed** in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria, but not limited to:

- Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support or Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Leisure & Health or working to the equivalent or willingness to undertake studies in Aged Care
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates or willingness to work towards obtaining one
- Access to insured vehicle
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Current National Police Check
- Bi-lingual skills in English and Greek (highly desirable)
