What your day will look like....
In this rewarding role, you'll be supporting registered nurses in providing essential care to consumers, helping with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. You'll assist with pressure injury prevention, safety, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for patients. Your communication skills will be key as you report any changes in patient conditions and support the team in fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. You'll also engage in training, stay up-to-date with healthcare standards, and contribute to creating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Each day, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people you care for, all while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive setting.
