**About the role:
As Retail FP&A Manager, you'll play a leading role in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives in the Retail (Priceline) Business Unit. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles; drive commercial improvements through impactful management reporting and analysis; and support the Retail strategic narrative.

**Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategic Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting**:

- Oversee the end-to-end budget process, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines.
- Lead forecasting processes, identify performance risks and opportunities and collaborate with the business to develop response plans.
- Own the process and model for the five-year strategic plan.
- **Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- **Manage month-end processes and provide insightful variance analysis and KPIs.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify actionable trends and opportunities.
- Offer strategic recommendations for financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with executives to deliver financial insights for decision-making.
- **Strategy and Commercial Analysis**:

- Prepare for quarterly business reviews, ensuring robust financial plans are in place.
- Develop succinct divisional board papers on strategic plans and performance.
**- **Support future state forecasting and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
- Assist with commercial projects and bespoke analysis.

**What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA/CA qualification.
- 6+ years in a fast-paced, high-performing environment; retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial roles focused on performance insights, business planning, and budgeting.
- Background in complex FP&A organisations is desirable.
- Strong ability to provide value-added commercial advice to senior management.
- Proven success in building partnerships between support and business functions.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; be curious.
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional team alignment.Ability to inspire and lead by example.
