Sleepy's are looking to welcome a suitably experienced and highly professional Retail Sales Consultant / Retail Sales Assistant to join our company at our stunning showroom located at **Moore Park**, on a full-time basis.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working within the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep

**Your key responsibilities**
- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets;
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- General admin, stock and operational duties
- Available to work a rotational roster
- with full 7 day availability

**Skills and Experience**
- A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales
- retail and other industries are welcome
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers

**Salary**: $60,014.26 - $88,233.44 per year
