We are currently seeking a barista/all-rounder for our cafe, with approximately 30 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to be a valued member of our team

Are you a talented barista with a passion for creating amazing coffee experiences? Do you love engaging with customers and being the friendly face of a bustling cafe? Look no further Suburban West End is seeking a new Barista/Cafe All-Rounder to join our vibrant team.

About Us: Suburban West End is a popular cafe nestled in the heart of the community, known for our delicious coffee, mouthwatering treats, and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and energetic workplace where every team member is valued and can thrive.

The Role: As our new Barista/Cafe All-Rounder, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping us craft the perfect cup of coffee and providing exceptional customer service. You'll need to be comfortable working behind the coffee machine, basic barista experience is essential, but we do not require anything too fancy. But that's not all - we're also looking for someone who can shine not only behind the machine but also while greeting customers with a smile and ensuring they have a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Taking customer orders with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Operating the coffee machine and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
- Assisting with food preparation and serving when required.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

- Barista experience is essential
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for making people's day.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $22.16 - $36.10 per hour
