- As our new full-time Retail Manager you will set the bar high when it comes to our customer's experiences Your passion for community pharmacy and customer service will shine in all of your interactions and you will be a true leader in this space

In this unique and dual focused role, not only will you take the lead in our retail space, but you will also have the opportunity to play an important role in the coordination of stock purchasing and replenishing within our store. With support and on the job training like no other, you will also have the opportunity to attend regular training and mentoring sessions with our Group Stock Manager and connect with fellow Retail leaders- Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Maintain the presentation of the store and service areas
- Process sales through the till leader
- Greet customers and proactively ask them if they need assistance, and refer to the Pharmacist as required
- Accept prescriptions to be dispensed
- Monitor, order and replenish stock as required in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager
- Ensure that stock on hand is maintained to the agreed budgeted levels-
