We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Assistant Store Manager to help drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence Canberra CBD concession stores
Whilst assisting the Store Manager in leading the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end store operations within the concession, customer service and loyalty sign ups, achieving sales budgets, stock control, scheduling and reporting. Successful applicants will have a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs and David Lawrence brand
**This is a Full-Time position and you will be required to work 38 hours per week.**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as in fashion retail;
- Management/Supervisor experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
