We’re currently looking for a 3IC to join our Melbourne Central store

Our team are passionate about delivering an exceptional brand experience to our community whilst making genuine connections with their team and customers. On a day to day basis our sales teams support the broader retail leadership teams in creating an engaging in-store experience that touches all aspects of customer service, merchandising and the daily operations of our 60+ strong store network.

We are looking for motivated, curious and mature minded individuals with a commitment to learning and an energy for our brand.

- Have a passion to build your own GP story
- An energy and enthusiasm that contributes to enhancing the team and brand culture
- A commitment to delivering meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty
- Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
