At Domino’s, our store management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores, including the rostering, training, and coaching of team members, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, creating business strategies to attract new customers, preparing sales reports and monitoring inventory levels on new stock.

Store Managers must have excellent organisational and communication skills, have strong leadership and customer management abilities, be outstanding coaches and trainers, and most importantly - have a great attitude.

**Store management responsibilities**:

- Training and coaching
- Creating rosters
- Ordering stock and completing stock takes
- Managing the store during a shift
- Food safety supervision
- Recruitment and hiring
- Cash control
- Staff management
- Safety and security
- Opening and closing of the store
