**Wave International** is an independent consulting firm specialising in the execution of Engineering, Project Delivery and Asset Management services across Australia and overseas. We are currently seeking a
**Piping Designer** in order to grow our Brisbane team to meet the needs of several large projects.

This role will be based in Brisbane CBD.

**In this role, you will be responsible for duties such as**:

- Develop piping and pipe support standard detail drawings
- Assist in the preparation and development of project specific procedures
- Provide technical support to the greater business including project teams.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables in line with the relevant codes and standards, needs of the customer and regulatory authorities

**Skills / Qualifications**
- Minimum of 7 years design drafting experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, particularly the ability to communicate mechanical/piping/pipeline requirements to other members of the project team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, Project Wise (Desirable)
- Ability to remain dynamic and agile, and work in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of competency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
