This newly created Quality and Compliance Manager position will support the creation, implementation and further development of quality and continuous improvement processes for a growing not for profit organisation in the social housing sector.
- A Tertiary Degree in a relevant discipline + relevant quality management experience
- The ability to think strategically in a whole of organisational context
- The ability to identify and mitigate risk
- A resourceful, resilient and solution focussed approach to problem solving
- Prior experience implementing quality systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
