Are you a highly motivated and responsible individual with a passion for **security and safety**?
We are seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to join our team for both **Full-Time and Part-Time**roles across varioussites in Victoria.
You will be the first line of defence, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, even in fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned sites
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring compliance with site procedures
- Conduct regular patrols and safety inspections
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
- write detailed incident and activity reports
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
**Role Requirements (Must-Haves)**
- Current Victorian Security License (mandatory)
- Clear demonstration of an active **Australian Work Authorisation**:
- Current valid Driver’s License
- Current First Aid Qualification
- Proven ability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, and weekends, as our operations are 7 days a week.
- Physical fitness required to perform patrolling, standing for long periods, and emergency response duties.
