Food & Beverage Attendant

The Galley Kitchen - Our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby’s Bar - our sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.
We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Poolside Attendants to join our inclusive team and assist us in providing the most memorable experiences to our guests. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
- Break down and cleaning of restaurant
- Prepare and serve barista standard coffee
- Provide full fine dining table service
- Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktail and presentation of wine
- Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
- Follow RSA government legislation requirements
- Maintain cleanliness front of house areas
- Set up and break down of Function and Events on site

**About you**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
- Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.
- Table service experience.
- Section waiting experience desirable.

This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts during the week.

Certification Required: RSA
