We are seeking outgoing and knowledgeable individuals who are focused with experience in retail sales to you’re the Clark Rubber team on a full-time basis. AGE IS NO BARRIER. Must have years of experience in retail.

**THE ROLE**

38 hour week with one weekend day every week. Training available for all ages.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPI’s and sales budgets
- Processing sales, orders and quotes
- Working in a team environment to help achieve business objectives.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Setting up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Other tasks and duties as required.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be residing in Australia with a valid working visa
- Fit and healthy
- Punctual and reliable
- Experienced
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
