**The Training Development Manager** assists in the effective operation of the Human Resources Department by providing support to the leadership team in range of Human Resources related functions. The role will also assist associates and management with requests involving training and development. Be an exemplar of the brand and to act as an exemplar in all interactions and work related events.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following minimum requirements:

- **5+ years of previous experience in Learning & Development** (hospitality industry preferred)
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs
