Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support services to a 58 year old man with a traumatic brain injury in his/her own home to enable independence.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**Duties Include**
- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**Shift times**
- Shift times available in this Program are:
**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
