Salesperson and Chinese Language Translator

**Sales & Outreach**:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with Chinese-speaking communities and promote the practice’s services.
- Build relationships with local organizations, referral partners, and community groups to generate client leads.
- Educate potential clients and partners about the services offered, with sensitivity to cultural attitudes toward mental health.
- Assist in marketing efforts tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences, including creating or translating promotional materials.

**Translation & Client Support**:

- Translate intake forms, therapy-related documents, consent forms, and marketing content between Chinese and English.
- Provide live interpretation for client intake calls or during sessions when needed (non-clinical support only).
- Facilitate culturally appropriate communication between clinicians and clients or families.
- Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring comfort and clarity with practice procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer, Apprenticeship, Internship

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
