**The Opportunity: Nominated Supervisor**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

We are looking for a Director to run our Bellmere Early Education Centre. The successful applicant will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire the current team of early childhood staff along with creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with families and the surrounding community. You will coordinate all day to day Centre operations such as admin, health & safety and staff development. You will ensure strong management for the day to day operations of the centre through regular evaluation of systems and processes, as well as management of staff rosters, staff ratios and adequate supervision. You will ensure centre and staff compliance with relevant legislative documents and build and maintain a strong relationship with children, families, staff and other internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid, CPR & Asthmas and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Current Blue Card

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
