**The Role**:
With Artesian Hospitality’s growing number of high end venues, home to many of our most esteemed guests (including international A-listers), we are searching for a VIP Bottle Service Hosts with a vivacious and lively personality who thrives on delivering high level, premium guest experience. You will be engaging with guests - this could mean greeting and seating, hosting in venues, arranging future reservations, chaperoning and much more.

You’ll always be exceeding expectations and making their experience magical, each and every visit.

As a Promo Host you will be responsible for:

- Adhering to the needs of our frequent guests
- Working to deliver revenue, build loyalty and maintain the highest possible guest standards
- Generating and coordinating bookings
- Greeting and seating guests
- Liaise with external concierges
- Proactively maintaining and growing the Artesian Guest database
- Making a guests booking and turning it into something magical and memorable

**The Person**:
Being the first point of contact for our guests, you will be immaculately presented and truly engaging allowing your sparkling personality to shine through in every interaction. We’re looking for an individual that can truly own the guest experience, you will have an excellent eye for detail, be a strategic thinker and have a passion for people. No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone with infectious energy that has the ability to adapt themselves whilst being comfortable in an authoritative position. This role will be is predominantly a guest facing role, you will be in venue for the most part seeing to everything guest relations with evening work when required. If you have previously worked in a similar role we want to hear from you
- Previous sales experience will be highly regarded.
