**Brisbane Refinish Supplies** is a leading supplier to the automotive and industrial paint coatings markets in South East QLD.

BRS is seeking an internal customer service person to join our Archerfield branch team.

Reporting to the branch manager and directors, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service to inbound customer calls and front counter sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound customer calls placing orders
- Servicing walk in counter sale customers
- Responding to all customer phone enquiries
- Forwarding new business opportunities onto the sales team
- Assisting the external sales representatives
- Promoting monthly sales promotions to customers

**What we're looking for**:

- An automotive customer service background is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right person
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills with customer phone orders, both verbal and written
- Competent computer skills - invoicing of goods and Microsoft office

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
